Pecorino and Honey

This is not really cooking at all; it’s simply assembling two ingredients:

Pecorino cheese (hard, salty) and

runny honey.

This might be a moment for something other than supermarket branded honey – Acacia worked really nicely.

All you do is dip the cheese in a little bowl of the honey – the saltiness and tang of the cheese, blends perfectly with the honey.
