Cabbage and caraway

IMG_1669 2Now this is simple and gorgeous.

Take

  • cabbage,
  • Oil
  • caraway seeds

Simply grab a white cabbage (which is normally, actually light green), and shred it fairly finely. Don’t go too made, but create cabbage pieces the width of tagliatelle but not the length!

Then heat a wok and add some oil (pressed rapeseed and olive combined is a treat). Sprinkle in some caraway seeds and quickly fry them and immediately add the cabbage. Stir fry for seven or so minutes, til crunchy but cooked. Add some more caraway seeds and stir for a minute more. Then serve.
