Cooking Spaghetti

Cooking spaghetti has three key aspects.

And they’re simple.

  • Make sure you have a large pan of salted water.
  • Make sure it’s boiling hard before you add the pasta
  • Lastly, after adding the pasta bring the water back to the boil and then simmer hard until cooked.
Don’t use a lid. Don’t rinse the pasta when cooked. Just drain and toss with olive oil or a knob of butter.
